She plays a key role in supervising the nursing team, implementing clinical governance frameworks, promoting adherence to policies and standard operating procedures, and supporting continuous staff development. Through her focus on quality, accountability, and patient-centred care, she contributes to maintaining high standards of clinical practice and enhancing the overall rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.
